• Property and job information — appliance details, photographs of installations and notes recorded by our engineers on site.
• Compliance records — Gas Safe (CP12) findings, signatures captured digitally on completion of work, and carbon monoxide check results.
• Website data — basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and functional.

3. How we use your information

We process your personal data to:

• Provide quotes, schedule visits and carry out heating, gas and plumbing work.
• Issue and store Gas Safety findings and other regulatory paperwork.
• Manage warranties, follow‑up servicing and after‑sales support.
• Send invoices and process payments.

• Meet our legal obligations under Gas Safe Register and HMRC requirements.

We rely on contract (to deliver the work you've asked us to do), legal obligation (for safety certification and tax records), and legitimate interests (for record‑keeping, fraud prevention and improving our service).

We do not sell your data. We share it only with: the Gas Safe Register (for notifications), boiler manufacturers (to register warranties), our accountants and IT providers under written confidentiality terms, and authorities where required by law.

Job and findings records are retained for at least 6 years to meet legal, warranty and insurance requirements. Marketing contact preferences are kept until you ask us to delete them.
